Low Thermal Conductivity Zirconia ZrO2 Mini Ceramic Motor Shaft

Main features of zirconia ceramic shaft:

1. Excellent wear resistance, over 276 times than stainless steel

Description of zirconia ceramic shaft:

Zirconia ceramic shaft has outstanding low friction coefficient, high surface quality, superb wear-resistance, chemical resistance in comparison with metal shafts.

After precision processing, the diameter tolerance could be 0.005mm by CNC machining, the surface roughness can be better than Ra0.1 by diamond polishing, It greatly enhances the working efficiency, increases the service life cycle and decreases the maintenance times with the critical parameters of performance improved further.

Additionally, the coefficient of expansion thermal of zirconia is equivalent to stainless steel, and the thermal conductivity is very low, it results in the expansion tiny after assembly between the ceramic part and the stainless steel part. It's extremely helpful in sealing performance.

The zirconia ceramic shafts are produced by dry pressing or ISO pressing, then obtain a very consistent dense ceramic body, it will benefit to avoid crack.
