Description of alumina ceramic substrate
Alumina (Al2O3) is one of the most cost-effective technical ceramics and extensively used ceramic substrate materials in microelectronic applications.
96% alumina ceramic substrate is a kind of standard thick film substrates which is widely used in the manufacturing of hybrid microelectronic circuits. The availability, low cost, and technical quality of 96% alumina make it a cost-effective option for building hybrid devices. The substrates offer excellent electrical insulating properties, mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, chemical durability, and dimensional stability.
We have been producing many selection thicknesses via tape-casting, the typical thickness includes 0.25mm, 0.385mm, 0.50mm, 0.635mm, 0.8mm, and 1mm thick.
